NALC Health Benefit Plan - CVS Pharmacy Incompetancy
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE negotiate with another.corporation/company to provide Rx's for your loyal policyholders. Caremark makes its share of screw-ups but they can't hold a candle to CVS retail stores.
They are rude. crude and just plain incompetant. None of them I have used over the past years give a *** about customers. I have taken many Rx's to a CVS store and their standard reply is: "This will take at least an hour to fill - we are busy." I will take it back and go to my local Medicine Shoppe and they will fill it in 5 minutes or less.
I ordered a refill Last Tuesday(10/13/15) from my local CVS. Called today (10/19/15) and they told me they could not get a response from Dr. I called Dr. and they flat denied it.
CVS never requested a refill.
I have many more examples of their lack of concern for customers but will not bore you with more. Contact me for more details.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I get better customer service from my small town pharmacy. My first and last visit to CVS was when I had to wait an hour for a refill and they were not busy. I get better customer service from my small town pharmacy and a wait time of a least 5 minutes.
I agree. CVS only wants to sell and upsell.
Took me a year to get someone in the
pharmacy to get larger pills. I cannot get them to stop calling me either.
Please give us Walgreens
If you are under the FEHB program, go to Blue Cross basic. NALC health insurance can't compare with BC. Open season starts 9 Nov.
